Returns

Please note we do not accept returns or offer refunds for wrong purchases or simply not liking your product. Please make sure to review your order at checkout before payment. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning your items:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will require photographs of any damage or may request that the item be returned to us for assessment before offering a refund. Proof of purchase will also be required. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not accept exchanges on any of our products.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
