Delivery Information

At Ruth at Essence, we take great care to ensure that your handmade candles, reed diffusers, and tealights reach you safely and promptly. We ship within the UK only using Royal Mail as our trusted courier. Services to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, and Wales may incur further charges and delivery time frames. Unfortunately, currently we do not provide our services in Northern Ireland.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: £6.00 (orders that increase in weight may incur further charges).

Free Delivery: Orders over £50.00 qualify for free shipping.

We ship our orders between Monday-Friday (this excludes bank holidays and varies during seasonal periods). All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days via Royal Mail. 

Your Order 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking reference via email to monitor your delivery status.

Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to check the contents of your order and check there has been no damage has occurred during shipping.
